Please note that Luxton Apartments - Chelsea has no reception. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their estimated time of arrival along with the full contact details of the person who will be collecting the keys on arrival. This can be noted in the Special Requests box during booking or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Please note there is a cleaning fee of GBP 50.
No parties are accepted in the apartments and no noise is accepted past 23:00.
A security/damages deposit of GBP 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Only the number of people stated on the occupancy room type can be accommodated at the booked apartment.
Please note that the person named on the card used to book must be present and provide photo ID at check in. If this is not possible it will be necessary for the card holder to complete a third party authorisation form prior to check in.
On arrival at either location, guest credit card details will be taken for pre-authorisation purposes. The contract will be signed again and a photocopy of a valid passport ) will be taken for identification purposes. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

為加強汙水管理並降低下水道汙染，高雄市率先全國規定餐飲業應設置汙水收集及油水分離設施，發布後6個月為宣導期，即將於11月15日到期，屆時若業者仍未依規定設置或操作者，將面臨5,000元至50,000元的罰款，環保局提醒尚未完成的餐飲業者要加速依法設置，以免被罰。
環保局表示，為避免餐飲業者排放高油脂的廢汙水，高雄市已於5月15日發布「高雄市餐飲營業場所油污水設施設置管理辦法」，針對一定規模之餐飲業、飲食攤販三十攤以上之零售市場或道路範圍外之攤販臨時集中場等營業場所，明定其設置污水收集及油水分離設施之義務及操作、清理維護方式，發布後6個月施行。
違反上述管理辦法經限期改善，屆期未完成改善者，還可以按次處罰，最高罰款新台幣5萬元。值得注意的是，只要在固定場所提供「餐飲座位數達三百位(含)未達五百位」或「餐飲作業面積達一千平方公尺(含)未達一千五百平方公尺」者，也是列管之一定規模餐飲業。
環保局長蔡孟裕局表示，環保局每年接獲民眾檢舉餐飲業約4千件，包含餐廳油煙、異味以及油汙水排放問題；為避免油汙水排放造成下水道阻塞及環境髒亂，故要求業者加裝油水分離設施，期能從源頭徹底管制，並呼籲相關餐飲業者盡速依規定設置，共同維護環境品質。
